As H.491 moves through the Legislature, we will post updates on its progress.

Today the bill (H.491) was introduced in the House of Representatives and referred to the House Committee on Government Operations. You can track the bill's progress and read a copy of it here:

This week they have focused mostly on redistricting, and this topic will take up a lot of their time in January. We are hopeful they will take up our bill sometime this month. Stay tuned!
